1. What is the delivery time of my order?
When you place an order with Ashford Atelier, the delivery time may be slightly different than what you are used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we are able to save significantly on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
2. What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to the high demand for our products, your order may arrive slightly later than expected. We kindly ask for your understanding.
If this period has passed and you still haven’t received anything, please send an email to support@ashfordatelier.nl
. We will then investigate what is going on with your package.
3. I want to exchange or return my order. How do I do this?
To return an item, simply contact our customer service via support@ashfordatelier.nl
.
Please include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) which you received in the confirmation email, and the reason for returning. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm your return. After this, you can send the product to us using a courier of your choice.
What are the costs for returns?
Unfortunately, returns are at your own expense. The costs therefore depend on the courier you choose. Please consult the website of the relevant courier for more information about pricing.
4. What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
There is always a return period of 30 days. The return period starts on the day you receive the item. However, certain conditions apply to returning products.
You may only return the item if:
The return period has not expired;
The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached;
The product has not been used.
5. Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, and Apple Pay.

All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore 100% safe.
6. What if I did not receive an order confirmation email?
This should not happen. Please send an email with your full name and email address to support@ashfordatelier.nl
, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
